This is a substantial 300 gsm coating fabric built on a blend of 30% alpaca, 30% wool and 40% polyester, worked in a combined woven-knit construction for body and dimensional stability. The hand is warm and brushed with the natural lustre of alpaca, while a structured, non-stretch drape holds tailored lines and clean edges rather than collapsing. At this weight and with full opacity it is well suited to outerwear, structured jackets and office and tailoring pieces where insulation and a premium hand matter. Supplied at 145 cm width and dry-clean only, it is a dependable cold-weather staple for collections that need a refined wool-alpaca character at a workable blend price.
