Moncler Shell is a 100% nylon ripstop in a tight plain weave, engineered as a lightweight, wind-resistant outer fabric in the Moncler-style tradition. At just 90 gsm it is notably light yet, thanks to the ripstop grid construction, tear-resistant and durable, with a structured hand and a crisp, opaque face that holds its shape in outerwear panels. With no mechanical stretch and a clean drape, it tailors precisely for technical apparel, casual jackets and shells, and accessories such as bags and packable layers. Dimensional stability is excellent with shrinkage held to 2% or less, the tightest in this group, and care is practical: 30 degree wash, no bleach, low iron and tumble low. Offered as a published line in a wide 150 cm width, it gives outerwear and accessory producers a dependable, lightweight technical base for repeat manufacturing.
