Softshell

Softshell is a bonded three-layer construction built on a 92% polyester, 8% elastane knit shell, engineered as a wind-resistant outerwear textile at a substantial 350 g/m² and a generous 150 cm width. The 4-way stretch (around 20% warp and 40% weft) gives full range of movement, while the structured drape and fully opaque body deliver the protective, hold-its-shape character expected of a technical shell. This makes it a dependable choice for casual outerwear and functional apparel — jackets, vests, and active layers that need warmth and weather resistance without bulk. Care is straightforward for production runs and end customers alike: machine wash at 30°C, no bleach, no iron, tumble dry low, with shrinkage held to ≤2%. Woven in China and stocked as a core line, it offers buyers a consistent, performance-oriented base for repeatable seasonal programmes.
